'I'm turning 54 and I'm probably fitter now than I've ever been.(...) now only just starting to appreciate the beauty and strength of my body and how important it is to look after and nurture it. After all we only get 1 body and it's precious and should be treated so! So this photoshoot is a celebration of me, my body and how far I've come. I also want to be able to look back and say 'damn you were hot girl!' 😜' - S.
