Do I need to feel confident before booking?

Not at all. Most women who come to me feel nervous, unsure, sometimes even a little scared.

Confidence isn’t something you bring with you - it’s something that builds during the experience.

You don’t have to arrive as the “confident version” of yourself.That’s what we create together.

What if I hate my body right now?

Then you’re exactly the kind of woman this experience is for. This isn’t about showing up already loving everything about yourself.

It’s about seeing yourself differently… maybe for the first time in a long time. There is no judgement here. No pressure to be anything other than you.

What actually happens during the session?

You don’t walk in and get left wondering what to do - I guide you through everything.

We start slowly. We talk. You settle in. Hair and makeup is done in a way that still feels like you.

Then I guide you through every pose, every movement. You won’t be left guessing.

Most women say the same thing after: “I thought this would be awkward… but it wasn’t.”

What should I wear if I don’t have anything?

You don’t need a whole new wardrobe. Honestly.

Simple pieces work beautifully:

• a shirt

• a blazer

• a dress you already love

• even just something that feels like you

And if you’re unsure, I help you choose. You’re not figuring this out alone.

What if I feel awkward or don’t know how to pose?

You don’t need to know anything.

It’s my job to guide you - gently, step by step.

I’ll show you exactly what to do, adjust you, support you. You won’t be left standing there wondering where to put your hands.

I don’t feel ready… should I wait?
